I went to the gym and walked the treadmill on incline of 10 at 3 mph for 35 min and then lowered incline 6 for 5 min cool down. Burned 330 calories. I want to work my way up to one hour and back to weight training. Heres to a good day (sort of )

Just started wearing my fitbit again and did the 10 minute walk challenge for Day 4. Starting slow but getting back into it.

Belong to Nifty After 50..a gym designed for folks over a certain age. Both aerobic and strength Worked out for 30 minutes- after not being there for over 3 weeks

Slow and steady wins the race
