did really well this month. i was determined to do better than myself in every way (than last month, etc.) and it is showing. hurray!

This month I:

went swimming, water jogging, water aerobics, lap swimming (crawl, backstroke, even did laps using just arms or just legs until exhaustion set in and then kept pushing each swim session to do more than last time)

successfully completed the #100squatchallenge and #saladaday challenges

did a LOT of strength training and toning videos (averaged 2 or more a day), and according to my fitness tracker got in 284 miles for a total of 512,184 steps (so far)

have sparked rebounding this month

did a LOT to educate myself about, and then make the needed changes, to bring about optimal health through understanding human physiology and biology better in the process of discovering what works best for me/my body/at this age in life.

I have been outside walking every morning this month for 45-60 minutes except for today. It was raining so hard and the thunder and lightning were too much for me.

Realized I am near 500,000 steps this month of June, 2018. WoW! I'm going for it--trying to push myself to get there before July 1st.

This is has been an awesome month! Lots of miles & steps so far this month. Lots of great swimming sessions. I'm doing the #100squatschallenge and my legs are really showing it now. I'm also continuing the #saladaday challenge I started in May all throughout this month, and that is going well. However, I'm not sleeping as well as I would like so now I'm looking for a good decaff!

I just looked at monthly stats, my tracker says I've walked 141.3 mi and 266290 steps so far in June!

I will be using my elliptical machine or walking outside. I'm having an operation on the 18th so that might slow me down for a couple of weeks, but I will still participate in one way or another. Modification is in order.
