I guess you could say my expectations were “low” for the month of January...
(Only made it out once with our cycling group for a grand total of 10 miles)
But we started off February right with another group ride - traveling about 8 miles in a little under an hour, we had 2 newbies riding with us...
January was a terrible month of stress & turmoil for me (see blogs for details - who needs to hear whining?) but things can certainly go nowhere but up from here!

I made it to 188 miles this month. I got a good start on Feb to day with a 40 mile ride. It was another beautiful winter day here in Fl--brisk mid-50s clear blue sky. Bit of a head wind from the west.

Kathy,

Excellent! I am glad your weather is cooperating!

Today in Colorado will be a scorching 36 degrees F. Riding into the 10 mph wind will result in a wind chill of -14 degrees F. Snow is also predicted.

I will have to ride my boring fluid trainer today.

Enjoy your nice weather!

It was a beautiful day for a ride here. Temperature was in the low 60s, beautiful blue sky. A friend and I rode 40 miles.

I managed to get in 2604 miles last year, about the same as 2018. I have been able to ride outside one day each weekend and a spin class 1 or 2 days a week for a total of 100 miles so far this month. Planning on riding tomorrow 30 to 40 miles.

My plan is to ride every other day for at least 30 minutes indoors or 60 minutes outdoors.
