That 's one of my goals, too. I have a skirt I really want to wear with a cute belt around the waist. I work on my midsection core every day except one rest day a week.

What kind of exercises are you doing for your abs? I just started the Figure 8 (Body FX) challenge. So far it's pretty fun. I have two left feet and no coordination, but I still try.

Well, I just passed my 47th birthday. I still haven't achieved my goal weight but my abs are now more defined. But I still have a loooong way to go before I am happy with the state of my abs!

Hi, friends!

I am now going to be 46 this October! How time flies!

I still have a muffin top and a belly roll. Sigh! All this time, I've kept trying but my problem is still the same.

I will admit, I've haven't been eating as healthily as I should have been these 5 years but I will have to improve on that!

So, I will just try harder and do better!

I am working on my belly to. My go to is planks and Julianas standing ab work out. Its on youtube. I do get in some regular crunches and still working on the situp. Just keep with it and watch the foods you eat. If your drinking alot of diet coke I'm say cut that out too. It seems to be helping me. I'll have a little bit from time to time but just a couple 8 oz glasses in a weeks time. They have huge bloat factors. emoticon

Planks, planks, and more planks :-) Do you think the activity tracker was very useful?

I am currently working on the belly now. Agree strength training is helpful. Need to watch your diet also. Get in combination of cardio and strength training along with core exercise.

EOWYN2424, are you doing any strength training? If not, I would encourage you to add strength training. You can do it without any equipment by adding pushups, situps and squats. You can use canned food for weights to do biceps curls and tricep exercises. Planks are good for the core. If you are a gym member, get someone to show you some basics, or look up some exercises on the internet.

Try pilates. Pilates is easy and focuses on the abs and whole torso area.

I have a belly problem, not only is it a muffin top, it's also love handles! I'm in my early 40s, 126lbs, 4 feet 11.

At first glance, you would think that I'm not fat but trust me! I LOOK FAT! When I sit down, I have this huge belly roll, in fact when I stand up, it's not as bad as when I sit down, but it's STILL THERE!!!!

I would like to go down to 98lbs if possible. But I'll settle for 100lbs!

Any tips?
