I'm irritated with my body for not co-operating. I'm working like crazy to eat well and move more when I am able and it is just bouncing all over the place. Oh to be a woman of breeding age;It's the week of the bloodshed.

Been sick for a couple of weeks now and it seems I'm in a plateau. I'll weigh again tomorrow, but I've been losing and gaining the same 3 pounds for three weeks.

5/25 263.8
Post edited for this week's weight. Seems I may have been having a really bad case of constipation rather than a plateau; I've added some more fiber into my diet via supplements. Have the best day that you can!
