I Guess I have already messed up.
I weighed on Monday hope that is okay.

My goals are:
--lose 80 lbs this year
--exercise 5 to 6 times a week, with a varied routine
--eat more fruit and veggies
--reduce eating processed food
--sleep 7 hours a night

BMI - 30.8

Goals for 2020 - to be at a healthy weight and BMI by Dec. 31st, 2020

My eating plan is to:
1. Eat healthy, sweets in moderation and within calorie count (1340-1690).
2. Drink at least 8 cups of water daily.
3. Track all food eaten daily.
4. Check nutrition report daily and make adjustments to eating as needed.

My exercise plan is to:
1. Cardio - 5 to 6 times a week.
2. Strength exercises 3 times a week.
3. Water walking 2 times a week.
4. Track exercises daily plus steps (goal 6000 steps a day).

Plan:
1. Review plan and daily weights monthly to determine any needed changes to plan.
2. Stay active on Team site.
3. Plan a reward for every 10 lbs. loss.

Hi guys. Weight this morning is 294 and BMI is 53. I exercised yesterday and I'm going to start walking again. I was walking four days a week but I got sidetracked with it so I quit but I'm going to start back with it again.

12/31/2019 - Weight 169 - BMI 29.5

The new Smart BMI Chart shows that I am right at the top edge of a healthy weight for my age and height. My goal for 2020 is to reach 160 and maintain there. (Someday I would like to see 150 again but will be content at 160 if that's where my body wants to be!)

The plan is to stick to a modified Lo-Carb diet and continue to reach my daily step goal of 10,000 steps per day or more.

Thank God in all things!

12/31/19 to 06/30/20 lose 18.8 lbs and then 06/30/20/to12/30/20 lose another 18 lbs. Total 36.8 lbs I will then be 180 pounds

Weigh-in 216.8 lbs BMI 36.3.

Steps; 1: exercise 500+ minutes a month
2: eat healthy
3: drink water and get to 64 oz a day
4: login to SP daily
5: no snacks at night
6: bedtime before midnight
7: Weigh-in daily and official weekly on Tuesdays
8: mindful of portion size

My weight is 142 pounds and my BMI is 26.83

2020 Goals
1- Reach my "Ultimate" goal weight ( 130 pounds ) sometime this year / maintain that loss.

2- Go to gym and walk on treadmill 3 times a week - EVERY WEEK.
( 52 weeks a year: 3X a week x 52 weeks = 156 walks on the gym treadmill in 2020)

3- Walk a total of 3 miles ( 6,000 steps) on the treadmill at each visit. Daily 10,000 steps.
UPDATE: Need to walk 11,000 steps daily ( 5.5 miles daily for a challenge this year)

4- Eliminate sugars from my diet. Only products with sugar listed after 5th ingredient.

226 Is my weight and 35.6 is my BMI. My goal is to loose one pound per week because I am sick of being the biggest one in any picture I am in. Also I want to be able to get out doors and raft the river if I feel like it and actually be able to fit in the raft.
I am going to do this by
1. Drinking my water every day.
2. Eating my fruit every day.
3. exercising 200 minutes a week.
4. Quit drinking alcohol.( this is going to be tough.. might need AA)
