11 - Know Your Numbers

Starting Weight 6/30/18: 423 BMI 62.5 My weigh days are Fridays.
Goal Weight: 401.85
5% Goal: 21.15
Week 8 Final Weigh In 8/25/18

5% Challenge Commitment - Plan
To remove 21 pounds by August 25th, my calorie range dropped to 1490-1840

Walk steps: start July 1 start with 5 minutes and add 100 steps a day.
Wall pushups: start with 20 and add one each day for final goal of 70.
Wall sits: start with 1 minute and gradually add seconds for a final goal of 5 minutes.

Planned exercise the first thing in the AM helps me feel good about myself and my accomplishment. I like this. I'm focusing on consistency.

I have all my video links and exercises written on my July calendar and am looking forward to marking them off as each day passes.

I have to figure out HOW to get the calories burned to be stored in my favorite exercises.

I did all the numbers but I can't believe them in the end! It increased my calories for the day to end up at my goal weight at the end of the challenge. SO....that means the intensity of my workouts has probably not been high enough to burn the amount of calories I consume in order to achieve weight loss. This was very helpful. I need to increase the intensity and get that heart rate up.
