I'm going to be taking an honest look at why I didn't follow my plan during summer, and work on making goals I want to attain.

I will also do the In Between Challenge with the Shooting Stars. I have been great with my eating (following a keto low carb lifestyle,) but want to work on more exercise for the rest of the summer. It will continue to be very hot here in Florida, but I am going to push myself to go to the gym more and do lots of walking/jogging in the pool. I also want to get back to doing yoga.

I will do the in between challenge with the Cloverleafs and surpass my 5% goal during this time. I will keep exercising. I will stay on my elimination diet and celebrate all the good things that continue to happen on this whole food plan.

Now there are only 30 days, but I intend to have fun. It's going to be a beautiful weekend and I hope to hit the beach a few times. Of course I will continue to watch what I eat, exercise, and keep working on my 2 goals: practicing yoga regularly and being thankful each day for what I have.

keep weight down until Fall Challenge, it is better for me to exercise in the cooler weather, I prefer Fall weather, 88 degrees inside last 5 weeks. 24 hours a day.

Marvelous idea. I need to really get serious again. I have slacked off this summer and I can tell it by the way my clothes are fitting. It's bedtime so will start tomorrow.

This has been a difficult challenge for me. If i don't stop the backsliding now I might not be able to stop it. I gained 3.4 pounds this challenge. emoticon I will do it.
