Great having you over for dinner last night. I don't plan on cooking today. I will feast on the leftovers. Thanks for bringing the fruit tray for dessert. Cake and pies got me into trouble before and I've worked too hard to let things "slip thru my fingers." Thanks for doing the dishes.

What a nice invitiation! - no food allergies to speak of, unless you count raw mangos.

P.S. I actually gained a bit this week but after a 2+ pound loss last week, I kinda expected it to even out. A pound a week is a good tempo.

Working on doing at least 10 minutes of daily exercise and getting at least eight hours of sleep, been too busy to do anything else.

I feel ya on this! I was down to 135 and then after a couple weeks of too much ice cream bumped back up to 139! It's been about a week without ice cream and I am back down a couple pounds. Just taking it day by day and week by week though. and I still crave sweets quite often!

Today Sept 18, I am on the sixth floor. It has a nice view but I want to go down some more.

I've been up and down the floors this summer. I'm leveling out at the 138 floor now for 2 wks. It sure would be nice if I could kick this ice cream addiction and go to the lower floor. emoticon emoticon

Was squatting on the roof for a while (stress + travel = no working out for me boooo). I stopped stressing, focused more on just what I SHOULD be eating and not weighing myself everyday and BOOM! Moved to the 7th floor at some point :D


Hello- DO NOT GIVE UP! YOU'VE JUST HIT A PLATEAU!!!! You can get through it, maybe shake things up a bit with your workouts??

Hi, y'all! A little less than a year ago I had just moved down to the ground floor (130.1, what what!). In December, I was unpacking my boxes on the first floor of the 140-ville Hi Rise, and I think that a month or two ago I was even climbing the stairs to the second or third floor.

BUT I'm happy to report that I'm back on track, and moving back into the 130-ville Hi Rise. A couple weeks ago I was on the 9th floor, and now I'm on the 8th floor and hoping to not get too comfortable! Who wants to come over for some green smoothies? :)
