Basically my cook book is filled with cooking light from the old day or lower calories items, so lower calories, more veggies, more protein... also have a south beath cook book that i need to dig into. When i did that diet i enjoyed it, just hard to follow with the shakes etc. I need to chew! I sitll have shake packets from years ago when i did it! Will make one when i just have to have a sweet treat!

I have nearly 1000 in my app. We have a rating system and we def make our favorites! I need help with sides! Some times i'm about to plate the meat and go... oh dear...

When i used to go into stores, i had an app, so yes. Now that list is what i put in the store app to have them delivery to my car's trunk!

I order, they call, i show up, they put it in my car!

Do you know what diet you will follow?
I kind of follow the old VOLUMETRICS plan with a few treats thrown in here and there to keep me happy and sane. And staying within my calorie range is key as well. When I do those things, it works!

Found some recipes?
I have recipes and try new ones every now and then, but I tend to eat a lot of raw food (fruits, veggies, nuts, yogurt, etc....things that don't need cooking cuz I HATE COOKING!).

Grocery list?
No list needed, I work at a grocery store and do a little shopping every day after work. Saves me the big grocery run on the weekend!

Shop? I shop nearly every day right after work and pick up what I need for meals for the next day or two.

Do you have the food on hand to get started? Yes. And if I do not, I can easily pick it up right after work.

Have you followed this diet before? Yes, because it works when nothing else does.

Did you clean up your kitchen? Kitchen is always relatively clean. :-)

Do you know what diet you will follow? I don't follow a formal diet, although attempting to add fasting 24+ hours 1-2 days a week. My goal is to simply eat 80/20 sometimes 90/20.

Found some recipes? I rarely follow a recipe, but often use them to get inspired by ingredients I have at hand.

Shop? I usually bulk shop once a month and weekly for what looks best based on my budget.

Do you know what diet you will follow? Yes. I eat Nutrisystem five days a week for breakfast and lunch and out of the garden or from the farm for dinner most nights.
Found some recipes? My guy is a chef and has been preparing healthy for me
Grocery list? It's all from the garden or the freezer or Nutrisystem and I have my next order ready to go to last 8 weeks for breakfast and lunch
Shop? on line other then my organic fat free milk

I am Serena. I now live most of the time at a lodge on the western side of Washington state. I was ready to retire this past July but decided to transfer and stick around for another couple years. I don't think I will last another couple years. The ranch just sold and will close shortly and that will be my opportunity to pay off my new truck and my barn and finally leave the workforce behind! We are opening a destination airbnb and I will be working full time with that and training my new Gypsy

Found some recipes? I look for recipes based on the vegetables I find on sale.

Grocery list? I use Alexa to track my main staples. I check the weekly grocery sale to figure out what I am going to buy and fill in the gaps.

Shop? I buy bulk once a week and head to the regular shop 2-3 times a week for fresh fruits and veggies.

Do you know what diet you will follow: One that set up for me by a nutritionist thru a program at wellness center. Due to a health issue, I , also, monitor salt closely..

Found some recipes? Usually try a new recipe 3X a month.Most are from book, "100 Days of Real Food".

Grocery list: I keep staples and food use frequently in stock. Veggies/fruit is half of purchases.

Shop: 90% is bought from vendors at local Farmer's markets and a farm near daughter's. I, also, have a garden for produce as needed. Dairy is non homogenized. Food:Only time not eating organic is when out with friends. Then mostly veggies, no non organic/clean meat.
