Hello and Welcome to the weekly challenge for the Week of March 31st-April 6th

I challenge everyone to get in as many steps as possible. Its good to get in about 10,000 steps a day. But lets try to get more!! Let's set a goal of 12500 steps. We may not always be able to reach it, but lets shoot for that number!

You can park at the back of the parking lot of the Grocery Store or the Mall
You can take the stairs instead of the escalator or elevator
You can walk to the corner store instead of drive.

Lets get moving! emoticon
