My goal over the next 6 weeks is to lose 10 lbs. I do well until I get a bit stressed or frustrated...so that is my main battle. I am including more fruits/veg and get to the gym three times a week.

My goals for 8/2013 is to lose 10 pounds and to practice better eating habits and exercising routines. I want to make my workouts more consistent every week and eat less calories and healthier choices. I have a month to make this happen so let it begin! emoticon
