I'd like to contribute a lot of my fitness minutes the the remodel/repipe of our master bathroom. We are one weekend away from getting through the topout phase completely and moving on to the trim phase. We are becoming excited. I've, also, started incorporating a walking lunch at least once a week and a shopping lunch at least once a week. Gettin' the steps; oh yeah!

Hi SANDUR123,

This is in response to your post on the June 2012 1000 Minutes Fitness Challenge.

The purpose of this challenge is to get everyone moving! We aim for a goal of 1000 fitness minutes per month.

Most users copy and paste the weekly template, and then update that. You can either create a weekly template and then update your original post, or you can add a new post when you want to update your minute tally.

There really aren't any rules, we are just encouraging people to exercise!

This month is probably going to be more challenging for me since my parents and I have a bunch of weekends where we can't get together for our long walks. Adjusting my weeks so I can be lazy about calculating my minutes for this week and let the fitness tracker calculate it. My brain is being stretched beyond capacity at work still thanks to the mess I came back to after my maternity leave. LOL

Had a rough end of the month in May. Too many late nights made it hard to get my workouts done in the morning. I did do a lot of walking though. Just did not record it every time. This month I want to keep more track and get more heart pumping cardio in.
