I'd like to credit my 2 years worth of mostly neglected yard and bathroom remodel to the calories I have burned along with the Pilates and Yoga I've started and the 2-3 walking lunches each week. FEEL THE BURN! LOL

I'm doing really well this month so far. Got out on 20 mile bike rides the past 2 days for another 240 minutes. Today is a rest day, but I still might do something. I see an evening walk in my future.
