I haven't yet, though I've been up for 3 hours. Can't face food first thing, Simply not hungry. Yesterday, I ate badly. Whole chicken thigh and leg in a white bread bap for lunch, then chicken breast and chips for dinner. Was on a downer.

Today I did well with my calories and ratios, and it's almost like once I caught on that so far I had made good choices I instantly started craving something sweet. Haagen Dasz ice cream or an apple fritter. I'm proud to report I settled for a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios instead!

Had a good diet day until 6:30 PM. I was ravenous, ate two white rolls with jelly and a fruit snack - 350 empty, unsatisfying calories mostly because a healthy go-to snack wasn't in sight. Still stayed in my caloric range. Grade: B+

Oh, MiracleInSixty I think you're too hard on yourself saying you ruined it with half a cupcake. Nobody eats clean 100% of the time, so give yourself some more credit! Power to ya!

Has a perfectly hellish eating weekend ahead. Thursday (yesterday) and Friday (today) we had lasagna for dinner. Carb bomb! Thursday we have Thanksgiving dinner with friends of the family. Friday we have a Thanksgiving dinner at the church. And we all know what next Thursday is.

But focusing on today only, one word: lasagna. Grade: D

Woohoo! Great jub PROT358! I ate 100% clean today! And then I ruined it with half a cupcake. BUT it was only HALF of a cupcake, and it was worth it. A-

I'm getting sick so I didn't eat very much. (No appetite is the best part of being sick!) But what I did eat was nutritious. So B+

Meh. I was within my calorie range, but that's because I ate candy for lunch! Poor nutrition makes a B-.

Good job! I had ONE funsize pack of Twizzlers from Halloween, and I was good for the rest of the day! Salad for lunch, baked fish for dinner! Grade: A! Yay!

Given it's Halloween weekend, I feel pretty proud of my level of self-control. It was my brother's birthday yesterday, so today I had some naughty cake but that is an every once in a while kind of treat.

Overall Grade: A

Making it through Halloween weekend. Stay tuned.

Why did Mom have to buy one of those iced cookie cake thingies at the store today? Well I shouldn't blame her for my lack of self-control. Grade today: B-

Good job!! I've been trying to be good today, but since its Halloween weekend, my boyfriend wants to have a party, and a party means alcohol. So I think ultimately I will end up with a B.

Best nutrition day I have had in about two weeks, if only I didn't have leftover Chinese for dinner. Still stayed under my caloric limit.

Oh honey, don't be too hard on yourself. We had Chinese for dinner and I feel TERRIBLE. I don't want to think about fat, sodium, and calories, but it was still Chinese. And I have been going all day which means virtually no time for exercise plus my belly feels huge and angry. Need I say more??

Grade: C- (did all right until dinner)

Grade: B. A little too much, but nothing terribly embarrassing to confess.

Fiber One yogurt (50 cals), a generic Slim Fast shake - I know they're not healthy but they're convenient (180 cals), Mike and Ikes (50 cals), 1 Hawaiian roll (100 cals), pudding cup (80 cals), 1 small no-bake cookie (100 cals), pop tart w/o the crusts (170 ish cals), a sandwich (300 cals). Was doing fairly well, aside from the lack of produce, until Mom insisted we get split a chocolate malt on the way home from pm church.

Grade: C+

2 chocolate chip cookies, 2 unbaked ones (LOVE cookie dough), lasagna for dinner (under 300 cals, surprisingly), a few bites of leftover steak, 2 slices wheat garlic bread, Fiber One 50 cals yogurt (delicious!), 1/2 serving apple cider, canteloupe. Not my finest moment. I especially hate how the cookies do not have a calorie chart, so I am estimating 200 calories for each of the Satans which means waayyyy too many all around.

Grade: C-

Relatively nutritious, but I got distracted by fudge and candy bars. So i went over my calorie intake. I give myself a C.

Lots of produce, but a little too much of everything. But still a lot better than yesterday.

I wanted to create a thread where we can be accountable to each other for what we eat, since I'm betting food is a big contributor to our reasons for wanting to lose weight. You can list the healthy foods you have eaten, "confess" the naughty foods, or just give yourself a letter grade report card style on how you did!

For me today, I give myself a B+. I ate nutritious food, but I didn't eat enough.
