Thanks I tried! I was bad this weekend so had to make up for it. Tuesday I did a 30 min pilates class and 60 min zumba class.

I'm trying a new fitness DVD. It's one of the Dancing Off The Inches line, and this one is called Sizzling Salsa. I watched it last night to get an idea of the pace and moves and I'm really excited to try it out!

Had a GREAT workout last night. I usually do a lot of reps with ST and I like to take small rests as needed, because it's something I force myself to do and I like making excuses during the workout. Last night I did the whole thing and shaved off about ten minutes. The heartrate was up, stayed up, and it felt great!

Walked 5 miles in 1 hour 13 minutes with my friend Tracy, who is now almost 5 months preggers. Gorgeous fall weather. Loved it! And we beat our usual time of 15 minutes per mile ... barely!

I'm doing my kickboxing class today which is 60 minutes.

Then Im going home to clean, clean, clean && do about a zillion loads of laundry. yay! emoticon but i know that this will burn lots of calories...so i guess thats a plus!!

Today 9/28 I did the rotating stairs at the gym for 60 minutes, then 360 sit ups and arm work on some machines. I am setting my goal to do at least two different machines a day. One day arms the next legs.

I'm going golfing...and carrying my clubs....according to SP this is over 700 calories for the 4 hrs it takes to play 18 holes. I find it hard to believe something so fun can burn so many calories!

I've started walking on an incline on the treadmill- it seems to work the legs more w/o being as hard on my knees as running!

MRSAUSTIN~ How long have you been studying message therapy? How do you like it? My DD, my baby, graduates next year and after spending 18 years as a SAHM, I am trying to decide what I will do with the next part of my life. Message Therapy just so happens to be on the "possibilities" list!

I hit the weights hard today, doing "pull" muscles. I was going to do MTC, but my vein in my right leg was acting up a bit. None the less, it was a GREAT workout!

I wasn't scheduled for a workout today. but I started my internshipd as a massage therapist, and did 3 ninety minuste massages back to back, and I think that should count somehow. That's a lot of work. Plus I took a nice 30min walk when I got home! Starting to see results, and I'm pumped!!

Happy Mother's Day! No workout today, although I'm going to be relaxing by our pool, so I know I will go swimming and for a walk with my kids. Guess that counts, but I find it relaxing and fun.
