Saw this old thread and thought I would revive it. This March, 2018, I'm attempting to daily and consistently jump 15 or more minutes on my rebounder using a variety of jumps/movements to gain the maximum benefit. Anyone care to join me?

I hear ya on the artichoke...I love them but I have no clue how to prepare them myself. Even reading about them online..they seem difficult, but one day I will give them a go again:)

I had to throw away the artechoke I cooked. I like artechokes too, but apparantely I don't know how to choose and cook them.

Have not been so great at posting here emoticon I have just completed week 3 of p90x. I love how it changes my body quickly!! Never much weight loss but the muscle shows more. Still need to drop those added pounds though! I have been eating many more veggies and fruits...same stuff...apples, grapefruit , corn, peas, lettuce, cabbage, etc. but being more conscious of intake. Water has been high at 75-85 ounces daily!
My evening snack attacks have still been there...some nights I stay good...other nights..not so much. Working on it!!

Mid march and feeling really good...fitness minutes away about 120 a day with the X , rebounding, walking, and slowly adding a bit of jogging. Do not want my knee to flare up again.

Hello team...It is March 1st here on the other side of the world...You all are prepping for Spring as we prepare for Autumn...which is just more summer weather really...
Anyway..as Spring approaches for many of you this means better weather, and fresh fruits and veggies abound.
My challenge to you this March is firstly to March into the Madness by counting your minutes each day that you exercise and let us know how long you exercised and what you did..make yourself accountable to us as well as to your tracker. Tell us how you felt before during and after your session. You can tell us weekly if you don't want to do it daily but I recommend daily.
I also challenge you to trying something new each week of the month in the way of a fruit or veg. Whether it is an entirely new item to you, or maybe a new recipe around the item. And then of course you must share it with us as well.
I look forward to hearing all about your days or weeks and new culinary adventures!
