Tougher than I thought! I did ten yesterday. Do you have to do them all in a row or could I do like 15 in the morning and 15 in the afternoon?

I will be doing 25 squats followed by 25 push-ups if that work's too. I will get dizzy and fall over if I do burpees and the like. emoticon

Alright you 30-somethings, get off your booty. I challenge you to do 25 squat thrust (also known as a burpee) each day in the month of June. Yes, I mean the old school playground type. If your not sure what I mean, there are some great YouTube videos out there to show you. Don't forget to do a small warm up before and stretch afterward to avoid injuries.

Please report your progress in this thread at least once a week. There is no "prize" for participating, just personal satisfaction in knowing you are doing something good for yourself.
