the craving for one food POPCORN. Working out causes me pain being overweight causes me pain. The money that I spend on clothes that fit because I am overweight causes me pain. No pain would be so awesome.

Pain. If I could have one day without Pain somewhere in my body it would be great.
I know I can reduce the pain by eating correctly & losing weight.

My current New Year challenge is going to be getting in exercise with the constant sub-zero temps! The pup doesn't even want to play, he is essentially hibernating!

You can make mini-quiches in a muffin tin and freeze them. I like fried eggs, microwaved sausages, and sliced tomatoes and avocado.

Sometimes I will have left-overs from supper the night before. I usually like oatmeal in the colder months, so make a weeks worth @ one time and portion it out. Easy-peasy.

I like scrambled eggs w/lots of veggies.

Just a few ideas to get you started.

I like my breakfast to be simple and quick.

I guess that comes from my working years of always eating breakfast before I left for work but not having lots of time to prepare anything. Oatmeal or cereal mostly.

Now I am trying to get away from all and any cereal . Not that I like them so much but they are easier.

My challenge right now is to find quick and easy breakfast ideas that are not high in carbs.
