Week 3! Can you believe it? It’s going so FAST and you are WALKING STRONG! We are building the BEST habit for any life style—that is, making your HEALTH a priority by WALKING daily! It’s all about making HEALTHY choices! Building a strong walking program into your daily life is the foundation for HEALTHY LIVING!

DON'T Miss Nick as a 17th century poet in our Week 3 Video! You will also be able to access the Daily Walk Assignments for week 3 by clicking on the links below each day for your WALK at Home workout! And always, you can swap out a "WALK at Home" video with a Walk around the neighborhood, or a treadmill walk! Just use this for a guide, count 15 minutes of "Brisk" walking as 1 Mile of exercise! At Home or On the Streets ...it all works for your good health goals!
