Week 5! Letís make this week our STRONGEST week yet! Your focus is to just be YOU! and ask yourself: How does WALKING make ME feel as a person? All those BEAUTIFUL and POSITIVE feelings that come from WALKING!-that is how you should define yourself!

Donít miss our week 5 video where Nick teaches us how to avoid the possible TRAPS that can keep us from reaching our full potential! You will also be able to access the Daily Walk Assignments for week 5 by clicking on the links below each day for your WALK at Home workout! And always, you can swap out a "WALK at Home" video with a Walk around the neighborhood, or a treadmill walk! Just use this for a guide, count 15 minutes of "Brisk" walking as 1 Mile of exercise! At Home or On the Streets ...it all works for your good health goals!
