Week 6! WE MADE IT!!! ! Every day that you WALK you add valuable time onto your life!

This is NOT the finish line, Itís the STARTING LINE! It is where you go from here! We are here to ALWAYS walk with you and ALWAYS keep you motivated to make your HEALTH your # 1 priority!

You will be able to access the Daily Walk Assignments for week 6 by clicking on the links below each day for your WALK at Home workout! And always, you can swap out a "WALK at Home" video with a Walk around the neighborhood, or a treadmill walk! Just use this for a guide, count 15 minutes of "Brisk" walking as 1 Mile of exercise! At Home or On the Streets ...it all works for your good health goals!
