1 - Get 7-8 hours of sleep ~~~ how go to bed 30 minutes early.
2- Reduce my sugar ~~~ how don't buy it.
3. Eat more protein ~~~ add protein to each meal or snack.

Last week, I did do the four walking workouts. I don't think I got six glasses of water each day, but I know I did most days. :)

6/1-6/7 Goals:

Walk 5 days.
Strength train 1-2 days.

List up to 3 goals for 2/7-14--1.) I will eat more veggies , 2.) I will sleep 8 hrs, 3.) I will walk every day.I am eating more veggies. I sleep a good 8 hrs and feel rested. I got a booboo on my leg that has a hard time healing , so yes I have to walk every day now
