I need to be totally committed to the 5% challenge I am in. My weekly goal is to hit 1.8 pounds per week and this week I was a little short (1.4). I would have thought it would be a bit more but I am going to write down all I eat this week to track. Going for a 3 pound loss :)

I read the article. I started eating breakfast years ago and now I love it. Drinking Your Calories, I use artificial sugar sparingly and I used zero calorie sweetener in my water. My dr has approved it because I get my 6-8 glasses of water that way.

Most weeks I do eat the same foods I found it easier to stick with what I like. I do make different receipts around my protein (chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, beans) this way I'm not boring eating my meals.
