Looks like everyone did a Great Job this week!! emoticon

I remind my self daily don't get discouraged that I did not get it all done- some days don't get any done emoticon just start over tomorrow. Having all these little people and big people ( 3 ages 2, 6, 17 and one that is not home 11) to chase around sometimes negates our me time (exercise time), and that full time job. So keep the faith and keep moving!

Last month we focused on calories burned and this month we will focus on how much TIME we spend being active. Since a lot of us are here to lose weight, each week you can give yourself a bonus of 10 for each pound lost to add to your total. Goodies to the Top 3 each week. Just start with Week 2. Copy the template and put your fitness minutes in at the date. At the end of the week, add up your points including your bonus points (10 points for every pounds lost during the week).

Last month we focused on calories burned and this month we will focus on how much TIME we spend being active. JENCULP is correct. And it's not just cardio, but any time spent doing exercise. So if you ST for 10 mins, give yourself the 10 mins of credit!

Just want to clarify, because some people already have a weight loss bonus added in their total. The weight loss bonus is the amount lost by the end of the week (i.e Feb. 7) x10. Is that right? or am I missing something?
