Healthier breakfast has been a key to losing weight. I have every day a brunch consisting of Arnold Sandwich Thin multi-grain, I spread on avocado instead of butter or margarine. 8 oz skim milk. 4 egg white omlette with Tabasco sauce & pepper; add to omlette 1.5c mix of tomatoe, fresh pepper, onion, mushroom, spinach, and fresh crushed garlic - sauteed in olive oil; add avocado to omlette instead of cheese. Also have a small portion of fruit. I am 165 lb male and that works for me.
