My weigh in is tomorrow - the end of the month was so clost to my regular Tuesday weigh-in that I'm just smooshing them together. I had lost 7 as of a week and a half ago, but after a fun trip to Cali, I gained 3 back **please be water weight, please be water weight** lol! So I'll post back tomorrow to let everyone know how well it went!

Way to go Everyone!!
I also am on the downward trend, 159.6 this morning!!! Its a new low that I am very very proud of!

For those of you who haven't been going down, I bought 4 sessions with a personal trainer which I think is making all the difference. If you don't have the money for that, ask a fit friend if you can workout with him/her! You may learn a new move or two!

I weighed-in today, and lost THREE pounds this week! So my total lost for the challenge is 7 pounds. One more to go by the end of January to meet this challenge goal - but I'm shooting for 3 more for an even 10!

I hear ya on the weight thing fluctuation i am always up and down.. I seem to have it bad with water retention.

I'm down i had my 3rd child in this past july and i lost 10lbs. Then i gain the weight back 4 months after working so i need as much help i can get!
