So its Wednesday where I am..so I'm weighing in. FINALLY the scale has moved this week.. even if it is only 1 pound. I'm living in South Korea so they use KG here.. so:
Started at 80 kg, down to 79.6.

I pack my lunch every day and carry a 24oz water bottle with me everywhere. I also use the Jillian Michaels Dvd's and they've really kicked my butt. You should try them out. I ate bad two weeks ago and I just forgot about that day and made sure it didn't bring me down.

Hard to tell this week how much I lost I always gain water when Aunt flow comes to town lol So hopefully more accurate next week..

k. Ive started in this too late- however I thought of a 10 week goal before I saw this so... I still have the goal just- FOR ME I'll extend it to April 4th so Itll be a true 10 weeks. My starting weight is 160lbs. Ill weigh in next week. Glad to be a part of this challenge. P.s. the pic is my motivational goal of where I want to be

Not much of a loss, but also not the lowest this week. I ate really badly the day before so my guess is just body fluctuation. Hopefully better this next week!

Also, post any tips about what has been working for you! I have been leaving a water bottle next to my bed, and have been drinking significantly more water than when it wasn't there.

Well, I'm not starting this competition off very well. But hopefully I can make it up this week. I started at 170 and am now 172. I gained over the weekend and now I think I've hit a plateau. Ugh! But I won't give up!

Hey all!
Just weighed in - im really thankful for this competition as it really works for motivation (i didn't want to work out last night and then i remembered todays weigh in and off to the gym i popped!) and so far it seems to have helped as i dropped 4lbs! chuffed to bits with that! Next week i am aiming to be out of the 150's! Congrats to everyone on one week down and hope we all have a good week this week! X

My normal weigh in day is friday for SP. Last week's weight = 147.8 and today I am 147.8.

So I guess for the challenge this week I'll record a zero; and just start tracking wednesday's and fridays! :) Hopefully we'll have a pound or so off me by friday though!

Started at 155 and down to 153. YEAH!!!!! You all should check out the Jillian Michaels Dvd's. They really work your but off. I have the 30 day shred, Last Chance Work out, her sculpting one, and one for metabolism.

Lost 2.4 lbs this week!

I have to edit this because I just jumped back on the scale before work and it read (4 times!) 160.0!

So that's what I am going to take. Same clothes and everything. Slightly more level spot on the floor, so I suppose that is what made the difference. But I am not going to argue with that!

So that makes it

Loss of 3 lbs!!!
