Lose 10 lbs in ten days! thats the challenge. Push yourselves hard and even if we dont make it we will still have pushed ourselves that much closer and that much sooner to reacching our ultimate weight loss goals. Weigh in on a weekly basis. Please explain what workouts and food you did or plan to do to reach this goal.
Start weight: 168.0
Goal weight (for challenge): 158.0
MY PLAN:
1. walk dog Mon-Sat
2. Sunday hike with dog.
3. Use my aerobic step for 20 mins every other day.
4. Work in muscles with 5lb weights on step days.
5. Eat healthy and track food and fitness.
6. Check in with team. Weigh in next week.
