Ok, it's the end of February! I didn't do so great on this challenge.

I started at 213 and I am now at 211 - so I only lost 2 this month.

Oh well, maybe next time!

(But, I am still excited that I lost weight!!!) emoticon

I think I missed the last 2 weigh ins! I am 159.2 this morning. I don't know that I'll be making my goal of 157 by next friday, but I think I'll be close at least!

Posting my weekly results. Down to 186.6 as of this morning! I am super excited, down one pound. Only 4 more to go. Going dancing tonight but only water for me! Got to keep this weight loss going. I only will be able to get to the gym twice this week; I went last night and I will go tomorrow. Tonight will be my third day of exercise just not at the gym! Woohoo!!! Keep up the good work all!

Well it's Friday again! I weighed in at 161.4 this morning, only .6 down, but I think I'll still be able to lose 4.4 more lbs this month! This week was the first week in like 10 months that I've actually worked out everyday (mon-fri) so I'm hoping that the lack of more weight loss was due to some muscle growth lol. I can feel my body getting stronger (i.e. sore muscels!) and I'm hoping that by summer(ish) I'll be back to a healthy weight again.

Forgot to post my weight, 187.6 as of 01/31/2013. I am hoping to be down around 182 by the end of the challenge!! Woohoo! I can feel the changes already. It is getting easier to stay within my calorie range and eat healthy. Additionally, it is easier to drink more water, I have been noticing a huge change when I am hydrated than when I am not. 5 pounds down, here we come!

I completely forgot to post. My weight last Friday was 162.4 :/ so I guess my goal by the end of the month will be 157.4

Forgot to check-in on Friday, but I am at 150.6 # and will check-in again this Friday! If I successfully complete the challenge, I should be at 145.6 by Feb 28th.

Alright here's to losing 5 lbs this month and really kicking off my weight loss this year! I weighed in at 162 this morning so I will be 157 on march 1!
I'm a housewife so I'm just trying to make sure that I am more active during the day, bump up my cleaning time and play time with kids, and I'm doing Leslie Sansone: walk away the lbs for an hour mon, weds, fri and shooting to do 30 mins of her strength training on tues and thurs. I will be Leslie Sansone'd out.

As Richard Simmons said "It's not a good work out unless your underwear's wet"

HERE WE GO!!!!! February 1st!! Let's all jump on our scale and get this party started! Every Friday we will all write our weight!
If anybody wants to post what they are doing to help lose the 5, food suggestions, workouts, ect, please feel free! Others might be interested in trying something new!
My current weight is 140 lbs!!
I'm going to continue to do hot yoga every day and maybe dust off my elliptical as well!

I'm definitely in! I'm in the Spring Challenge, but I don't like how that one is on the 20th of the month (not sure why it isn't on the first), but for those month blocks, I'm aiming for 5 lbs a month, so this works out perfectly!

This is great! I'm in! My current goal is to lose these last 13 pounds at a rate of 1 pound a week, so 5 pounds in February works great for me. emoticon I'll check back here every Friday.

I have already committed to the Spring challenge and said that I was going to lose 4 pounds in February... but if I can lose more that those 4, for example 5, that would put me one closer to my goal!

I need motivation to start my workout plan and couldn't think of a better way to do it than to have a challenge with others to see if we can lose 5 lbs in February! We can do a weight in every Friday and this challenge will put us 5 lbs closer to our end goals!
Anybody who wants to join the challenge just post "I'm in" as a response and we can start our very first weight in on February 1st!!
Let's help eachother reach our goals with Fast Five February :)
