Tracking is great for helping you keep motivated.

Are you on a 3 meals plus 2 snacks a day sort of plan?

Yes, I am trying to add good fats, mostly like a serving of peanut butter with my apple... Still having a hard time meeting 1200 calories... My diet is mostly veggies an fruits, along with protein at every meal... I feel great when I'm hungry I eat :-) just clean... I didn't realize how below my calorie in take was until I started tracking!! I also discovered my main motivational tool each day is tracking.... It's like a reassurance that I'm eating healthy :-)

When starting my clean eating journey I made the decision to really avoid wheat an gluten products... In doing so its been a real challenge meeting my caloric needs... Anyone else struggling here? I'm afraid to send my body into starvation mode, I've been losing about 1.5 weekly... So I don't think I'm dropping weight to fast...
