Well I didn't quite make my target this month. Today I weigh 162.8 lbs so missed my target by 3 lbs. To be fair I did have a massive night out a couple of weekends ago which turned into basically a whole weekend off my diet and I had to spend last week recovering lost ground. It was totally worth it.

I guess my aim for this week is to try and lose as much of that 3lbs as possible to try and catch up.

How did everyone else do?

So I think doing this is a really great idea, so I'm jumping in. However, if it's cool with y'all, I'm posting my October goal since i missed June and July.

I forgot to put my weight up on the 5th of July but I was 166.6lbs so yay I beat my target! Don't think I am on track to meet my 5th August target mind you but we'll see how it goes.

Hey! I know I'm super late to join this challenge. I just got back into SparkPeople after falling off the wagon miserably after my last attempt to get back in shape. I hope you don't mind me joining late! Here are my goals:

Start weight: 180.6 lbs
1st Aug. goal: 174.6
1st Sep. goal: 164.6

My long term goal is to get down to 140 lbs.

Ok I am a little late with this but never mind. I have just restarted my diet after spectacularly falling off it earlier this year.

Start weight 174 lbs
5th July target 168 lbs
5th August target 160 lbs
5th September target 154 lbs

My long term goal is to get down to 133 lbs.

It's the 5th of June! Did y'all make your goals? I hope ya did! :)

I didn't, but I did maintain my weight and body fat % (27%). I'm gonna take a few days to reevaluate my mindset and motivate myself and get myself back on track. Fall seven times, get up eight, huh? :)

Im new to SP and love the energy. Read through the summer challenge and it seems like a great way to set goals and see the progress.

I am definitely in. My Current weight is 165 Ibs

My goals:
June 160 Ibs
July 156 Ibd
August 152 Ibs
Setember 147 Ibs
