Just took my baby for a 35 minute walk. Totals for this week:

I'm like that sometime Samantha I compulsively eat and just can't stop. Don't worry though 1.4lbs is not hat bad I'm sure it will come back off pretty quickly. I put 5lbs on a few weeks ago after a night out which was a bit of a shock but luckily most of it was water retention.

Hey all, today I did a 50min run/walk with my hubby. So my minutes for the week so far are:

8/18: dancing 30 min
8/19: run walk 50 min
Total: 80/150 min

JDRAKE114. No worries about starting late!! Better late than never!! STOTTISHRACH my whole week last week was rubbish! I even binged a bit which i am not to impressed with my self about. I dont why but last week i was just eating everything in site and i was just craving anything sweet-- even this week its not going away yet. I was doing great for the first couple weeks but last week i crashed! I gained back 1.4 lbs :( !!

8/19: Walked to/from work-30 minutes. I will also be getting my butt to the gym tonight since i haven't went in like a week.

Well I was pretty rubbish for the rest of last week. Family stress and bad weather didn't help but at least I didn't start binging. I still lost weight though. Determined to do better this week.

Nice!

Wed: 75 mins on the treadmill. I did 35 min running and a slight incline, and 40 mins walking at a steep incline. Followed that with 25 mins weight training.

Thurs: 120 mins walking

Fri: 100 mins walking

Good Job you Two!!

Sorry I have been kinda MYI for the past couple days but im back!

8/12-Walked during my lunch - 35 minutes, Elliptical - 20 minutes, Strength Training- 40 minutes
8/13-Walked during my lunch-35 minutes
8/14-Walked to//from work- 20 minutes, walked during my lunch 35 minutes, and maybe the gym tonight...

Monday: Zip, nada, zilch. (not off to a good start emoticon )
Tuesday: Went for a walk at lunchtime - 36 min.
Wednesday: Walk - 43 min

Hello!
Thanks for the reply to my message! Okay we can do an fitness challenge starting Monday for 150 minutes per week! Each day post what you did an for how long.
In a similar format 8/11: 20 minutes treadmill & 10 minutes strength training

Then at the end of the week I will post who got the 150 fitness minutes in for the week. (I will do on Sunday so please everything posted by mid-day if possible). If there is anyone else wants to join the challenge just jump right in!!

Hi Samantha,

I could do with a challenge like this. After a good start my weight has started to hover about the same point for the last few weeks and I think it has been because I have been slacking a bit with the old exercise. I would be up for doing challenge for maybe 100 - 200 minutes a week.

Hello Everyone!!
I noticed there is not a team challenge this month (or has been for a while). Is anyone in for a friendly challenge for August ( I know a couple days late but still worth a shot!). I don't know a lot of people in this group but I would be more than happy to meet more people here!! Also with that being said I don't know what kind of challenge everyone on this group would enjoy and participate in. So suggestions would be great!! I was thinking like 20 minutes of fitness a day (Mon-Fri) or 100 minutes of fitness a week (since I know everyone's schedules are busy and are not based on Mon-Fri day schedule) or 500 minutes of fitness a month. Or we can do lbs or inches lost in a month. Any other suggestions and who wants to participate?
