Count me in as well! Would definitely like some extra motivation. I'm training for a half marathon that I plan to run on Thanksgiving, but will be taking a week long vacation the last week of September and could use some extra motivation to not eat too badly while I'm away. :)

Starting weight (September 9, 2013): 186.3 lbs.
Goal end weight by October 1st, 2013: 176.3 lbs.

Hey guys! Definitely up for this challenge, seeing as September just started. Would love some buddies to help me stay accountable too c:

Starting weight (September 7th, 2013): 147.8 lbs.
Goal end weight by October 1st, 2013: 137.8 lbs.

Hey all,
I personally have a goal to lose 15lbs by October 1. I would love it if some people would join me so we could help motivate each other and try to tackle this head on. 10lbs in a month and half is HUGE for me, as I'm sure it is for some of you. It's going to take some effort, motivation, and stamina. However, it is doable at just under 2lbs a week.

Who's with me?

I usually do my weigh-ins on Wednesdays, so I'll update then

August 18 Weight 174.2lbs
October 1 goal weight 164.2lbs
Ultimate goal weight 150lbs
