My Goals:

November 22(leaving for home for Thanksgiving) - 175
December 25 - 170
January 19 - 165
February 19 - 155
March 19 - my 30th - 145

I may be setting my top goals a little high, but I recently started walking with a friend a few days a week and on other days I want to start doing light workouts in my home...due to hunting season in my yard i cannot run/walk my driveway LOL I have recently started trying to follow the paleo lifestyle...not strictly, but somewhat and it seems to be ok...but wanting to get back on that wagon...I recently got sick and threw me all off....ready to get back on.

CW: 133 (I do not have an accurate scale, see my blog post about My Wii, but might be around 132.9)

Hey all!

I wanted to join a challenge for the fall, but I didn't see an open one! So I'm starting a new Healthy for the Holidays challenge. Go ahead and set your own personal goals, be they weight loss, calorie intake, or anything else you can think of.

My goals:

CW: 158

October 1: 151
November 1: 146
December 1: 142
(December 24: 141)
January 1: 140

There it is! I'm afraid that I'm setting myself up for failure here. I've never been under 154lbs and I'm not sure how much weight I'll lose under that point. We'll see, maybe I don't even want to go to 140 (I already have a healthy BMI). I'm also worried about trying to lose weight over Xmas. In the end, I convenced myself to lose a pound just so I wouldn't have the "it doesn't matter, it's Christmas!" attitude. I won't be the only woman in my family trying to eat slim during the holidays, so I'm going to chat with them for support. And, of course, turn to you guys!
