I'm late to this challenge but I'm happy to join!

September 30th:

1. I want to reach 179 lbs by November 1st. 6.4 lbs to go from today! I know I will have to continue to eat right and exercise. I have saved several yoga and Jillian Michaels videos that I plan to do at least one of five days a week. I'm strating to move this month so I know that will be a little stressful which may lead to mindless on the go eating. I'm going to make a conscious effort to plan my meals and not overindulge.
2. My last weigh in was today. I weighed in at 185.4.
3. I'm going to make a nice healthy meal when I get home and then do some yoga and take a nice hot shower to unwind.

1. 173 (lose 10 lbs)
2. Cut out the large amounts of dairy I eat, include more fresh veggies, add cardio every day!
3. I'm participating in a walking challenge. You pick a place to start and a place to finish and try to walk that distance. My goal is to walk from Bangor, Wales to Aberyswyth, Wales; 82 miles this month.

By November first I want to see my scale say that I am 140lbs. I am 154 right now so that 14lbs is going to be very tough. I am doing a 31 day abs challenge that will be for the month of October. I created a page on sparkpeople called 31 Days to a better you. It has the challenge with what to do each day. I found it online and I thought I would give it a shot.

I love my eyes. They are the gateway to my soul. I fall in love with my eyes all the time, crazy I know. I also like the way my hair looked so healthy and not dull like it sometimes is when I style.

1. I want to see it at 180
2. Make sure I eat healthy and exercise more than I do
3. I have PCOS and high thyroid which makes losing weight very difficult

1. I want to see it at 160.
2. I've lost four pounds in the last two weeks by cutting out refined sugar and eating healthy.
3. I do have low thyroid which makes it harder to lose weight, seems like the only way I can do it now is to count calories and eat exactly 1200 calories. I plan on going for short walks as a break to doing schoolwork today and possibly swimming later on today.

1. I love my haircut and I like my smile.
2. I stayed within my calorie goal three days in a row. (That is progress for me).
3. I am going to workout at the gym with my roommate later tonight.

1. Me a month or two ago (my most recent pic, I don't take a lot emoticon ) I like my smile, and my arms in this pic :)
2. 10/1: 173
3. Today is my rest day, so I'm going to do a little yoga this morning to let my sore muscles heal and to refresh my batteries. I might also take a few short walking breaks throughout the day so I'm not stuck at a desk doing homework for hours.

3. I'm moving today! I'll try not to stress out too much, but I know by the end of the day I'll be exhausted. I'll take everything step by step.

1. I want to see it at 170, I figure starting slow will be better than nothing^^
2. I haven't really made any progress so far, but I'm looking to change that
3. Today I went for a short walk and I'm going to do the Blogilates workout today as well, and I'm going to end the day by taking a nice, hot shower and doing my homework~~

1. I don't actually weigh myself. I go based on clothing fit and inches. I'd like to lose 5 to 10 pounds by November 1st. I'm not sure if it's likely, but I will try my best. I will have to stop eating out so much and cook more at home. I run into time being a big challenge as far as finding times to workout and I've been lacking in motivation lately, but I'm starting to feel it a little more over the last week or two, so I will have to find ways to maintain that momentum.
2. I am not really making any progress at the moment, so hopefully I will be able to change that soon.
3. Today I am taking short breaks at work from sittin at my computer to walk, do lunges/squats, and take extra trips on the stairs. Later I will cook dinner instead of fast food and watch Grey's Anatomy with my mom.

Hi everyone! My name is Chelsea and I'm handling this October challenge for you. Here is an example post of what everyday should roughly look like, as well as my own response!

1. I want to see the number 135 or lower.. which I know means full on commitment. And I believe I'm finally at a point in which I'm ready for it. I'm on day 6 of quitting smoking, which means that running as become much easier for me. Albeit, not completely, but at least better. This month I'll try not to make late night runs to Taco Bell after long days at work or lie in bed when I KNOW I have stuff to do. It makes me even more stressed later and it definitely shows on my body.
2. My last weigh in said 147 lbs. I will check tomorrow with the scale to get an accurate measure.
3. I'm going to have a nice run, finish my homework/packing, and finish the day with an INCREDIBLE bath c:

October begins tomorrow which kicks off the holidays. The holidays are bar-none one of the most difficult times of the year to control ourselves, so I figured that with enough practice in October, we can already be mentally and physically prepared to enjoy "ugly sweater weather". One thing will be posted per day, starting today through December 31st, 2013. Here is your job to stay on track:
