This sounds great I'm in! Please let me know when you get the specifics of the challenge together. I would like to lose about 10-15lbs by Valentines day

I don't know. If I could find at least maybe 5 people hopefully more I could make a team or official challenge. Just trying to find people to do it with me! And once we found the ppl we could set up how we would like to do it. I just liked having people check in with each other every day to help us stick to the goals. But then when it gets to too many people it is hard to keep track and feels less personal. So I was hoping to find maybe 10 people to commit.

Yeah I'm not that good at counting calories but for the first week or two i need to see how much I'm actually eating, After being pregnant I feel like /i'm eating sooooo much.

Hi I'm not big on counting calories but I do tend to stay eating as healthy as I can. I too just had a baby girl about 11 weeks ago so I know what you are talking about with he pregnancy weight. I'll do the best I can to work with you and stay active for at a minimum of 30 minutes each day. Good luck and I hope you get to your goal by valentines day.

So about 3 or 4 years ago I was an avid spark member and I lost 30 lbs. It all started with a spark member posting about a valentines day challege before the xmas holidays to keep us on track. I ended up making great friends and losing the 30 lbs. Well it took a little longer to lose the 30 lbs but it was this challenge that kept me on track and got me motivated. I thought I would start it again as I havent been on sparkpeople in a long time and i gained a lot of weight back.

I recently had a baby. She is now a month old and now I need to start getting back into shape. I am currently 160 lbs and I would eventually like to be 135 ish, but I would like to shoot for 150 by valentines day.

I am going to do this by counting my calories every day. This was the main thing that helped me before. Also I need to start doing more activity. I did nothing when i was pregnant and now standing for too long wears me out! Its winter so it is hard to go for walks but maybe just playing my dance wii game for 30 minutes a day could be a good start.

Anyone with me?
