So what do we want our challenge to be about? Weight loss, inches, eating, and/or fitness minutes? How long do we want it to last? I was thinking of doing a month long challenge in which we each set our goal (weight, inches, minutes) and check in with each other throughout the month and keep ourselves accountable. How do you guys feel about that?

Yes I am so ready for a challenge.
So I challenged my sister (who had a baby 4 months ago), in order to loose the baby weight. Let's do a 12 weeks total body transformation.

We start by May 1st till July 24th.
I really hope my sister can keep it up for the whole 12 weeks and thus change her life, and I will also change mine.
