My summer goal is to lose about 20 pounds in the next 60 days. Day 1- July 20th I did a 90 min walk with 15 sit-ups, 100 squats, 10 push-ups, 5 crunches and a 10 second plank. Day 2- July 21st I did 45 mins on the elliptical(3 miles), 19 sit-ups, 100 squats, 11 pushups, 6 crunches, and a 12 second plank. Day 3-July 22- 60 min walk, 23 sit-ups, 100 squats, 12 push-ups, 7 crunches, and a 15 second plank. Feeling great-little sore but pushing thru it. :)

I haven't started my strength training and didn't go running last week. I did, however, add about 300m to my run today so always something.

Started week 7 of Insanity today, feeling good and getting stronger. My goal this week is to keep up and do more than I did last week, and also lower my salt intake. I did have a highlight this weekend: I fit into a dress which I could barely fit into 2 years ago! Very encouraging emoticon

My summer challenge is to hit the gym at least 3 times a week.
and lose at least 10 pounds

I read on someone's sparkpeople blog that the were going to do a 60 day no eating out challenge. I decided that I am going to join that challenge until the end up the summer wish me luck!

My goal is to just generally trim down and improve my Air Force Fitness Assessment score. My official test will be on the 30th (10 days OMG!). This is my first fitness assessment since delivering my son in December.

My long term goal (by labor day) is to lose at least 16lbs.

My over all goal is to reach a healthy BMI which means losing about 35lb, however, I have set smaller goals to help reach my ultimate one. By the end of October I want to have lost at least 15lb. Based on those results, I'll decide how many I want to lose by December 20th (my brother's wedding) :) I am currently doing Insanity and am currently on week 5! emoticon Then in August I'm going to try Focus T25 and I can't wait because this will be the most challenging 19 weeks ever! and I know I can do it! emoticon

I'll start.

My goal is to lose one or two dress sizes. I am going to a wedding on September the 13th so my challenge will go on a bit longer. I hope to be able to wear a zip up dress in medium. My main hope is to reduce my love handles and also my thighs.

My plan is to start exercising, run twice a week and do strength training twice a week. On top of that I will try to walk and do other activities as much as possible.

So a new challenge is needed indeed.

How about a summer challenge?
I suggest from this day and until September 1st.
Lets set some rules:

* You set up your own goal and choose if you want to do it for the whole time.
Joining at any time is fine.
* Try to at least check in once a week and tell the rest how it is going. Good or bad, doesn't matter. Of course you are allowed to post more than that.

Will add more when I can think of more (or receive some suggestions).
