Lucky me that we dont celebrate thanksgiving in Iceland. I dont have to worry about over eating this week :-)

I am trying new, healthier recipes this year. I'm really excited about revamping our Thanksgiving dinner! And I will definitely do my run before dinner!

I am trimming my thanksgiving meals calories by making a sugar free apple pie, and baked plain yams instead of mashed potatoes. I'm still having gravy, but it's going to be fat free gravy. I asked a friend that's coming for dinner to bring her walking shoes so we can walk it off after we eat.

well its that week. the one you get to smell and taste all the goodness. lets not let all our hard work go to waste. this weeks challenge is to work off all that good tasting stuff by a 200 minutes off fitness this week challenge. you can have the good stuff on your lips without letting it hit your hips if you join this challenge. lets do it!!! emoticon
