Keep it up! I know, I haven't lost much but I still love how exercise makes me feel strong and fit. I'm concentrating really hard on eating the correct portions and correct foods. It was so easy when I was in my 20's. Dropping 15 lbs was a drop in the bucket but now it's an uphill struggle!

Keep up the work! It will be worth it!

Hi,

I am new to SP. I joined last week and I loving every bit of it. I have been exercising since the 1st week of January. I did 3 days in the first week and 5 days last week. I think I will do another 5/6 this week.

I hope to keep motivated. I weighed in last night and I have not lost any weight even though I eat healthy food. I know it's early but I felt a little bit disappointed.

All I can do is be consistent and hopefully I will start loosing.

I have been doing 30 minutes on elliptical some days, 30 minutes of dance video or Pilates some days, I am trying to switch it up so that I don't get bored. I hope to make good friends here.
