I tried a few new meals this week, but the one that absolutly stands out is a recipe I found here at sparkspeople. It's simply called World's Best (and easiest) Salmon. The name isn't lying either, best tasting salmon I've ever had! Preparing and cooking were simple and not time consuming at all.

I tried a new recipe, Homemade flat outs (low fat) and tuna salad. I have to say the homemade flat outs did satisfy my Card Craving without doing damage to my diet.

Everyone is doing so good this week with trying out new things.

I mate chicken soup with cumin and lemongrass last night. I saw it on TV the night before and it looked so yummy. Did not like it as much as I though I would but it was good. Made bread with it but have made the bread many times before so not new.

This is link to the recipe on the TV station website. It is in Icelandic off course but you can see the picture of the soup if you like :-) Not sure if it is ok to translate and post recipe from other sides.

Golftee3 I will have to give that one a try. It sounds real good. I need something I can take in the car while I drive my boys to school. Plus Oatmeal and Raisin Bran is getting old. emoticon

I tried a spinach smoothie that someone had posted on their SP blog. I made it for breakfast this morning and it was delish! It was 1 cup milk, 2 cups spinach, 1 Tbs peanut butter and 1 frozen banana. I didn't freeze the banana so I added some ice cubes. And I couldn't taste the spinach.

I'm making Slow Cooker Chicken Marinara on top of spaghetti squash for me and rice for my fiancee but I'm modifying it to make on the stove top instead of the slow cooker.

I am making Chicken and Broccoli Casserole tonight that I found on this site. I had my husband look at it last night and it said it sounds good. Can't wait to eat it tonight.

I made a Garlic Brown Sugar chicken last night for dinner that I found on Spark Recipes. My 2 year old daughter and my husband both loved it. I made rice and asparagus for sides.
