It is amazing how when you track your food that you realize that every little thing you put into your mouth really adds up. You never think about the piece of candy or extra chip here and there but those little things really add up quite quickly if you are not careful.

My wife and I are big fans of the myfitnesspal app on our phones for tracking our calories. I try and use it everyday.

No day but today.

Great challenge! I always track during the week but forget to on the weekends. Now I have to make no excuses and keep track all week!!!

alright team! on our way to a great year. this week is count your calories week. Track track track your wy to learning where you can improve. You can do this and tracking certainly helps improve your chances. It also shows you how much you are REALLY getting and how some things you think are healthy arent really so healthy. so jump in and track that food!
