So last week it went like this:

Monday - salad for lunch (lettuce, tomatoes, green olives, black olives, 2 slices turkey, 2 slices ham, olive oil for dressing) and small salad with dinner

Tuesday - broccoli with dinner

Wednesday - salad for lunch (same)

Thursday - salad for lunch (same)

Friday - salad for lunch (same)

I like this one.

Sunday = 1 cup fresh broccoli
Monday = 1 cucumber
Tuesday = 2 cucmbers
Wednesday = not going to lie, didn't get it done
Thursday = 2 cucumbers for lunch
Friday
Saturday

Monday: Broccoli

mon- subway with spinach, and my bananas were light green lol
tue- peas, green beans small amount in mixed veggies. broccoli
wed- lettuce
thur- lettuce, spinach on subway sand.
fri- asparagus, lettuce
sat - avacados
sun- cabbage
= total veggies= 7 days

Hmmm! I like your idea, Sweetnis! I desperately need to teach myself to eat veggies, so this is a good start. Going to have to make a trip to the store tomorrow!

you may or may not be Irish but this week I challenge you to get in a green veggie everyday! make it a habit one that is good for you for a change. you can do this. come on and give it a try. who all is in? emoticon
