Had a meal out last night and played it smart. Although today I am feeling the water retention - so drinking extra water. Yay for water and weight that will come off probably tomorrow. :D

I just read it some where that always appreciate your small actions which are postive like not taking a cake slice,not taking one chicken leg or eating new fruit or vegetable or any action which you know moves you towards your goal .So write on the topic even one word makes a difference so start getting positive .
