Hi, I would love a virtual workout partner. I want to be consistent with my workouts and eating habits. Accountability has helped me in the past and I believe in the power of a partner to keep the motivation going. I am happy to be this to anyone who needs a buddy as I need one too. I am a wife and mum of 2 kids, the youngest is 4 and I still haven't lost my tummy. I am looking to tone and tighten my body. Hit me up and let's kick some butt!

hi everyone, i was so glad to come across this thread via a "virtual workout buddy" google search! This is exactly what i've been looking for. I'm 36, f. I used to do this with a friend but she got busy with work and life and we don't get around to it much any more. We would actually meet via a skype video call and I'd use my spare laptop to play a workout video for us so we could both see it simultaneously (I'd set up the device playing the video so it was facing the camera of the laptop running skype so she could see it in real time with me.) It worked really well and we saved some money on the gym. I'd love to find someone to do this with regularly again.. maybe even mornings (eeep!) , but I'm flexible.

I'd also be interested in having someone to check in with by phone call to "bookend" gym trips.. we could call each other before and after the gym and schedule times to go as if we were actually going together at the same time. Of course not as nice as being able to get coffee with someone afterwards but I find that any personal real time communication aroudn this sort of thing can be SO helpful and celebratory.

I'm trying to lose some weight but more than that I just need to be doing this for my mood and motivation. I know myself, and I know my odds are much much higher with mutual support and human connection. Message me and we can exchange phone numbers.

hey there, i'm 32, with about 30 lbs left to lose.. i just recently recommited to making (even) healthier choices, though i am trying my best since the beginning of this year.. if you need encouragement or just someone to "talk" to - message/add me.

Hi! I'm looking for a virtual workout buddy. I've gotten the diet under control, for the most part, but I'm having difficulty getting started on the fitness side. I'm 32 with 2 dogs and work FT. I want to get into a regular fitness routine and need someone to keep me on track. Anyone else just starting out?

I really like this idea of a virtual workout partner!

7/6/15 Goal-
Lets keep a daily goal today: track our food (staying in our calorie max) and do at least 30 minutes of exercise today.

One day at a time! emoticon

I would love a buddy to keep me on track and do the same for them. I'm 38 with 2 kids and a husband. I work FT. I did a quick fix diet and lost 20lbs in Dec-Jan, but gained it all back, and just can't find the mental balance to get back on a healthy diet and exercise routine (no more quick fixes). I love to exercise, but I also love to eat and have drinks with friends. I need to put my foot down and get serious!

I'd love to find a "workout buddy/accountability partner." None of my friends IRL are really interested, and there are times I need the motivation - I don't mind being the motivator much of the time, but sometimes I need the push in return! None of my friends are ever the one to initiate :(
