I'd love for someone to glance at my food tracker every other day or so and yell at me if I'm doing something obviously wrong.

My diet is pretty good from an "American Normal" standpoint, but I have trouble losing weight so maybe someone can point out obvious ways I can change it.

I'm happy to do the same emoticon

I need an accountability buddy. yeah I am doing challenge in another team but I need someone to yell at me to make better choices or kick my butt in the right direction.

Me too. I started at the beginning of this year, and lost 12 pounds, but now I am on vacation and haven't been focusing on my goals. I need to get back into this.

The journey is the destination. Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.

Hi,

Happy 2015 everyone! I'm looking for accountability buddies. This is only my 2nd day on this site. I'm starting out really slow this year, but I'm not new to working out almost daily either. I'm at my highest weight ever and feel pretty gross. So far, my goal is to go hiking at least once a week and days that I don't exercise, at least stay on track with my nutrition goals. I'll slowly be adding some situps and at least stretches, then hitting the gym for a free 2-week trial pass. I don't have a gym membership, so I need help with motivation/finding good exercises to do regularly.
