I always have a hard time with snacks too. My hubby found me a great popcorn that is only 35 calories a cup that I've been enjoying. (Angie's Boom Chicka Pop Sea Salt Popcorn) My problem is that I need a lot of food to fool my tummy into feeling full. I've also discovered gala apples - very crunch which is what I like.

Horrible!!!! I can't seem to get back on track and I hate it! I have my list teouble at work and just wanna smack all the time is I gotta get to the gym!!!

Hang in there. It happens to everyone.

As far as snacks, I have been trying to keep grab and go fruit around for snacks. I have a bowl of grapes in the frig and bananas and oranges for work. I found if it is right there and doesn't require work I will eat it.

I am not doing well at all! I have done terribly for the last 2.5 weeks. From sickness to bad weather and being a woman with hormones has been awful! If it could be ate I ate it!!! I have drank cokes and I just feel horrible. I need to get back on track and I need some snacks that are what I should be eating that will keep me full and not want to eat. I also think alot is my nerves! emoticon
