32-year-old single high school teacher. On my feet a lot during the day, and not looking to add much physical fitness yet until I take the weight off (gained after a horseback riding accident and then being diagnosed with Hashimoto's). If anyone wants a diet-related partner, please message! Looking for someone to encourage each other to stick to our goals via texting or whatnot. I teach during the day, but I'm able to text via iMessage on my work computer.

Hello! I just joined.. I am also 32, married, with 3 kids under 6. I work full time and find I just don't have the motivation/energy to workout everyday. And now, instead of losing the baby weight from the last baby, I am gaining it back... EEP! So I am trying to find motivation to eat healthier (myself and as a family), learn how to meal plan, and figure out a way to get some exercise in, as I used to run, do yoga, swim and be so much more active! But now my kids schedules are taking over my free time, so I have no idea how to get back into it. So also looking for an accountability buddy! :)

Hi, I am anew member and I am looking for someone to help keep me motivated to work out more. I am on my feet for four hours while working which causes me to come home and want to just sit down for a long time and not do much of anything.

Hi. I am soon 36 , married, 2 kids. I work from home and sometimes days go by and I do not leave the house. I would love to help you reach your goals and I hope you can help with mine. I want to loose some weight, but also to change my life style to be more active and eat healthier foods (long term).

Hi. I'm 32, married with 3 kids. I work outside the home. I'm retrying Spark again. I've been off and on here since 2007 and I'm closer than ever to my weight goal.
