LAZY VEGETARIAN CASSEROLE FOR ONE

A well-rounded meal in a bowl.

1/3 Cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1 Medium yellow summer squash, sliced
1 Trader Joe's Organic Tofu Veggie Burger
1/3 Cup Trader Joe's Salsa Verde

Place ingredients in soup bowl in order listed. Microwave on HI for 5 1/2 minutes.
